Introduce org.gnome.OnlineAccounts.Files
This is meant for accounts that can be used to access files. eg., via
WebDAV. It has a property named Uri to represent the top-level
location of the files as a GVfs-specific URI.
This will be useful for supporting ownCloud, which offers a WebDAV
endpoint.
