[glib] GByteArray: Add missing transfer annotations

    GByteArray: Add missing transfer annotations
    
    Make g_byte_array_new() and g_byte_array_new_take() introspectable by adding
    missing transfer annotations to return value.
    
    Covered by tests in PyGObject.
