[extensions-web] js: Fix the site in Opera

commit 05cc4d94d0808ef6fe5459120f151159ff1f7aa3
Author: Jasper St. Pierre <jstpierre mecheye net>
Date: Sat Jun 2 04:53:08 2012 -0400

js: Fix the site in Opera

Opera requires the DOM to be ready before we can append any plugins.
Upgrade the site to require.js 2.0 (to avoid readyWait issues), and
    use jQuery's DOMReady handling
