[evolution/webkit: 15/124] Adapt all plugins to the new EMFormat API

commit b899f9bcfce5dac283e109a95b3432d5f0a028be
Author: Dan VrÃtil <dvratil redhat com>
Date: Fri Aug 26 16:23:37 2011 +0200

Adapt all plugins to the new EMFormat API

    The itip-features, mail-to-task, prefer-plain and vcard-inline plugins
are known to work very well now, though all of them need to be
    thoroughly tested.
