    ui: Disable Repeat-key activation and Shift-to-switch
    
    Shift to switch writes in the action field with the shift key. Disable
    this because it is hard to use and not an important feature.
    
    Disable repeat-key activation since it does not work with input methods
    (compose-based and using preedit field etc).
