[cogl] journal: don't call cogl_attribute_buffer_new with NULL

    journal: don't call cogl_attribute_buffer_new with NULL
    
    It is considered an error to pass a NULL data pointer to
    cogl_attribute_buffer_new so we now call
    cogl_attribute_buffer_new_with_size instead.
