[glib] GVariant: avoid 'ARRAY_INFO' as function name

    GVariant: avoid 'ARRAY_INFO' as function name
    
    Turns out that ARRAY_INFO isn't such a great name for a function since
    Windows appears to declare this symbol these days.  Use a different
    name.
