[evolution-data-server/account-mgmt: 28/33] Migrate calendar XML data to key files.

commit b904975b683ca0bab8b3e46c323ae37556416fe2
Author: Matthew Barnes <mbarnes redhat com>
Date: Thu Mar 10 22:52:23 2011 -0500

Migrate calendar XML data to key files.

The migration code reads raw %gconf.xml files, generates equivalent key
files from the XML data, and renames data and cache directories from the
    source's URI to its UID.
