[gnome-terminal/gnome-3-0] Ignore /system/proxy/http/enabled

commit b983b9f78aa89d0601b4e5760f8971dd9e03a4d7
Author: Dan Winship <danw gnome org>
Date: Mon Jun 6 09:41:23 2011 -0400

    Ignore /system/proxy/http/enabled

This key exists in the schema, but is not actually set by the control
center. Instead, http proxying is enabled if the host and port are
set, just like with the other protocols.
