[gconf] gsettings-data-convert: Call g_type_init()

    gsettings-data-convert: Call g_type_init()
    
    Adhere our own advice in gconf_client_get_default() and call g_type_init() at
    program start. Otherwise we get a "You forgot to call g_type_init()" critical
    at startup and a crash in gconf_client_get_default().
