[libgnomekbd] GtkTrayIcon:fg-color is a GdkRGBA

    GtkTrayIcon:fg-color is a GdkRGBA
    
    ... and not a GdkColor. So use the right variable, and the right free function.
    Fixes a crash on session startup in gnome-settings-daemon, when using the gnome3
    fallback session.
