[evolution-data-server] Bug 665337: Remove --disable-calendar

commit 5f969940805c0ee7eb8138689cce9a5a2ce044a5
Author: Matthew Barnes <mbarnes redhat com>
Date: Thu Dec 1 17:11:18 2011 -0600

    Bug 665337: Remove --disable-calendar

    Basically reverses bug #438928.

This was never a good idea to begin with. If distros want to pick apart
E-D-S, they should do so in a deb/rpm/whatever package, not upstream.
