    Revert "Change default PNG compression level to 3"
    
    This reverts commit 3d5cc13645dbcecbcdcbb9754a03466ab7acf70c.
    
    The commit didn't change the default PNG compression level to 3, the default
    PNG compression level was already 1, the commit changed the max compression
    level from 9 to 3.
