    g-h/user-modify: Excised, mostly stuff you can't do in GNOME 3 user settings
    
    The only thing in here that you can do and that we don't have a topic for
    is changing the account type (i.e. standard or administrator). We explain
    the difference in user-add. Might be worth a topic for changing though.
    But let's have a standalone topic for that.
