      * gladeui/glade-widget.[ch], gladeui/glade-project.c, gladeui/glade-utils.c: Now update     	  the GladeWidget's project pointer when going in and out of a project.
      * gladeui/glade-project.c: Fixed GladeProject to only ever report widgets that are     	  actually in the project from the GtkTreeModel interface.
      * src/glade-window.c: Removed user manual link from Help menu, it's not online     	  as far as I know and no work was done on it, the current user manual needs work     	  and is just not useful in it's current state.
      * plugins/gtk+/gtk+.xml.in: Disabling irrelevant properties for GtkScaleButton
      * gladeui/glade-widget.c: Make glade_widget_rebuild() use glade_widget_add/remove     	  instead of glade_widget_replace().
      Fixed typo regarding signal_class->version_since_major/minor.
