commit b3bcddc79d6f432531ca0474497ec49a3294fa27
Author: Benjamin Otte <otte redhat com>
Date:   Fri Aug 27 17:05:48 2010 +0200

    gdk: Remove GdkPixmap

    All iusers of it are gone, so it's now time to let go.
    cairo_surface_t is a full replacement, combined with
    gdk_window_create_similar_surface().
