[gtk+] Rename configure.in to configure.ac

commit ccc53b9a45f35af358d1387a6db14838d6977fd4
Author: Martin Nordholts <enselic gmail com>
Date: Fri May 7 09:53:03 2010 +0200

    Rename configure.in to configure.ac

In the autoconf manual the recomended name for the autoconf input file
is configure.ac and not configure.in. Follow this recomendation.

    Fixes https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=598768
