    Add extensions to configure calender widgets.
    
    Make ECalendarItem, ECalendarView, ECalModel, EDateEdit, EMeetingStore,
    and EMeetingTimeSelector extensible and register extensions to
    automatically bind every instance to the appropriate EShellSettings.
