commit 4cfcce55f24b471bee3f82c3c48dc0b354ffdc51
Author: Tor Lillqvist <tml iki fi>

Lots of updates
Update GLib, Pango and GTK+ builds and the bundle. Don't mention
libjpeg and libtiff as GTK+ is built with the GDI+-based gdk-pixbuf
loaders for JPEG and TIFF. Don't mention dirent, it has been provided
for MSVC builds bundled with GLib sources for a long time.
