    Miscellaneous bugfixes
    
    * Fix several bugs posted by Ignacio on gimp-docs.
    * Fix bug #634992: Broken links.
      (Remove reference to the dead wiki. RIP.)
    * Fix bug #634995: Language error on dutch documentation page.
    * Fix bug #636149: Spelling error on Web Filters page.
    * Remove reference to Plasma2 plugin.
    * Minor fixes here and there...
