commit 99a8d77ce3c68a0c511a78f5fe1e71f0de025d39
Author: Joanmarie Diggs <joanmarie diggs gmail com>
Date: Sat Dec 18 19:57:04 2010 -0500

Continued work on bug 631123 - Orca documentation needs to be updated, converted to Mallard, augmented, and moved to the Orca module

    * Added a "Quick Reference" section to the top so that the main
page is less verbose and more table-of-contents like.
    * Addressed the bulk of AlanC's comments (#6 of the bug)
