    Continued work on bug 631123 - Orca documentation needs to be updated, converted to Mallard, augmented, and moved to the Orca module
    
    * filled in some missing GUI items
    * added a link on the main page to the GNOME Desktop Accessibility
      Guide
    * corrected some typos
