[seahorse] Set usage flags during unattended key generation

    Set usage flags during unattended key generation
    
    Add lines for "Key-Usage:" and "Subkey-Usage:" to the standard input
    to `gpg --batch --gen-key`, as documented in GnuPG's doc/DETAILS.
    
    Closes: bgo#555205
