Call reference when using Glib::RefPtr<NoteEditor>
The NoteEditor is Gtk::managed and constructing a
Glib::RefPtr<NoteEditor> from a NoteEditor* does not increment the
reference count. So the destruction of the Glib::RefPtr should be
prevented from reducing its reference count.
