    [GtkBaseClient] Virtualize GTK initialization
    
    Moved the Gtk.Application.Initialize call into a virtual
    InitializeGtk method that can be overridden by clients
    that may need to do various other initialization at or
    around GTK init time (e.g. Clutter).
