[gimp-web] Make the news icons use the proper background color in the bKGD chunks.

    Make the news icons use the proper background color in the bKGD chunks.
    
    Background color of www.gimp.org is #2e3436, the images did use white,
    black and grey. This should make them look better in browser that do not
    support 8 bit alpha.
