Clean up some source files (and more)
* Fix tag error (GIMPressionist).
* Remove orphaned glossary-images (mode-*.png);
files can be regenerated with Wilber_Construction_Kit.
* Add another image for illustrating paint mode "Behind".
* Miscellaneous minor changes.
* Update de translation (artistic filters).
