	* configure.in: Define LIBGSF_GNOMEVFS_VIA_GIO via command line,
	if needed.
	* gsf-gnome/gsf-output-gnomevfs.h: Don't include config file.  Get
	LIBGSF_GNOMEVFS_VIA_GIO from command line.
	* gsf-gnome/gsf-input-gnomevfs.h: Ditto.
