Log:
Experimental branch for turning Camel into a GObject-based library.

The initial approach is to convert CamelObject into a GObject subclass
and rewrite its API as thin wrappers for equivalent GObject functions,
much like what was done to GtkObject when GObject was introduced.

The other goal is to rewrite CamelObjectBag as a stand-alone data
structure, eliminating the global reference counting lock.
