* scripts/build-stationary-packages.sh: Updated Conduit SVN address
and enabled handling paths with spaces in them.
* scripts/build-svn-packages.sh: Updated Conduit SVN address, enabled
handling paths with spaces in them, and updated jsogo's packaging repo
address to his git one.
