Log:
* test/html/FirefoxProfile/prefs.js: set dom.disable_window_status_change to false so that we can test the changing contents of the status bar in 
Firefox.
* test/html/status-bar.html: (new) Test case for use in regression testing of status bar access in Firefox.
* test/harness/utils.py: Add htmlURLPrefix so that we can work out the location of the local html test cases (i.e. the ones in test/html).
* test/keystrokes/firefox/xul_where_am_i_status_bar.py: (new) Another test.
