Log:
	* lib/account.php: Load account data when the email address has been
	verified. This allows the maintainer approval email to contain
	information regarding the account request.
	Additionally, use better subjects for various emails.
	* lib/user.php: Use better subjects in the emails going to the GNOME
	account owner.
	* templates/maintainer_approval.xsl: Warn maintainers that they are
	responsible for the requester if they approve. Further, add details of
	requester to the mail.
	* lib/module.php: Remove debugging code.
	* lib/util.php: Enhance function to optionally return the fingerprint
	of the SSH key. This is basically just a MD5 of the base64 data.
	* www/list_foundationmembers.php: Remove debug code.
	* www/update_user.php: Show SSH key fingerprint, if available.
	* www/update_user.xsl: Show SSH key fingerprint, if available.
