        * Makefile:
        * dotplan/: Removed. We now link to the 
        live.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning page instead.
        * links/: Removed. This was outdated and not very useful.
        It was just a page looking for content to justify its
        existence.
        * helping/: Removed. We now link to 
        live.gnome.org/JoinGnome instead.
        * main.in:
        * tree.in: Removed the link to the (partial) projects list, 
        because it has the same aim as Getting Involved. 
        There is lots of content under projects/ and that remains. 
        Removed the links to the Getting Involved page because it 
        is now hosted elsewhere, and a menu item doesn't make sense 
        for such items.
