        * doc/books/WGA/: Removed this. It is outdated and unfinished.
        * doc/main.in:
        * doc/tree.in: Remove the links to the FAQ (already removed), 
        the books page, and to the GGAD online book.
        I have not deleted the GGAD content because it does not seem to 
        be online elsewhere and it is maybe not completely useless now.
