* main.in: Link to library.gnome.org instead of the old overview 
documentation.
* tree.in: Remove the menu link to arch/.
* doc/main.in: Remove the link to arch/
* doc/guides/platform-overview/
* arch/: Remove all of these. They are outdated and replaced 
by the Platform Overview on library.gnome.org.
* Makefile: Removed arch.
* doc/FAQ/: Remove this is outdated. In fact, it never really 
got started.
* doc/API/Makefile:
* doc/API/api-toc.html:
* doc/API/gnome-1.0-docs.html:
* doc/API/main.in: 
* doc/API/status.shtml: Remove these. This is already redirected to 
library.gnome.org.
* doc/Makefile: Removed FAQ and API.
* doc/guides/Makefile:

* doc/guides/popt/: Removed this. It should no longer be 
recommended now that we have the GOption API.
* doc/whitepapers/main.in: Remove the links to libxml and libxslt. They 
are on library.gnome.org. This page is now almost empty, but I 
added a link to library.gnome.org. Maybe we should delete it 
completely later, because we don't link to it anymore.
