2007-10-30  Raphael Quinet  <raphael gimp org>

	* programmatic/downloads/MIRRORS: updated from the master copy on
	the ftp server: corrected links to Dutch mirror, corrected link to
	South African mirror.  Fixes bug #491740.

	* programmatic/downloads/mirrorfmt.py: more visible warning.

        * downloads/mirrors.xhtml: deleted generated file that should not
	have been added to SVN.
