	* goffice/data/go-data.c: (go_data_vector_get_len),
	(go_data_matrix_get_size): return nul sizes when the vector or matrix
	is invalid.
	* goffice/graph/gog-error-bar.c: (gog_error_bar_get_bounds),
	(gog_error_bar_get_minmax): don't crash when there are no data.
