* glom/libglom/connectionpool.cc:
* glom/libglom/connectionpool.h: 
Added check_user_is_not_root().
* glom/main.cc: Do not allow the user to start glom 
as root (or sudo) because postgres cannot start as root, 
and it is generally a bad idea for a networked application.
