* glom/libglom/data_structure/layout/layoutitem.cc:
* glom/libglom/data_structure/layout/layoutitem.h: Put the coordinates in 
an inner class that is not always instantiated, so that we don't waste so much 
memory when this is not used.
* glom/mode_design/print_layouts/canvas_layout_item.cc: set_layout_item():
Remove the previous child.
