* glom/mode_design/print_layouts/canvas_layout_item.cc:
Move code from the constructor to set_layout_item() to create the appropriate 
child item, with appropriate default properties.
* glom/mode_design/print_layouts/canvas_print_layout.cc:
* glom/mode_design/print_layouts/canvas_print_layout.h: Show a context menu when 
clicking on items.
* glom/mode_design/print_layouts/window_print_layout_edit.cc:
* glom/mode_design/print_layouts/window_print_layout_edit.h: Partly implement 
adding of text, image, and field items, to show the general idea.

GooCanvasText seems to need some work to support what we need, such as discovery 
of needed height.
