* glom/libglom/document/document_glom.cc: remove_field(): Really remove 
the field from the document (it has already been removed from the database).
        I am amazed that this has not been noticed before.
* glom/relationships_overview/dialog_relationships_overview.cc:
draw_lines(): Draw relationships in both directions. 
Show the relationship name over the line, with offset so that both names 
can be seen if it is in both directions.
Draw a horizontal part of the line at the beginning and end, to make it 
clearer when the tables are arrange vertically, and generally to provide 
more visual cues about which field is meant.
