* src/orca/focus_tracking_presenter.py: Fixed fake window
activation event (restored from r2773).
* src/orca/atspi.py: Added capability to directly inspect the
__dict__ of the accessible, with a sly emulation.
* src/orca/rolenames.py: Return those mock menu item role names
(restored from r2757).
* src/orca/where_am_I.py: Fixed some minor syntax (restored from r2756).
