Log:
2007-10-10 Aaron Bockover <abock gnome org>
* src/Dap/Banshee.Dap.Ipod/IpodDap.cs: Always save/read the iPod name
even if the database hasn't been saved/synced; make the cover art saving
somewhat generic so the database rebuilder can use it
* src/Dap/Banshee.Dap.Ipod/DatabaseRebuilder.cs: Save the Name to the
restored database; restore cover art if it is on the local machine; use
the performer tag as the track artist; sort the restored tracks so they
are in order in the database instead of mixed up randomly as restored
from the filesystem layout
* src/Dap/Banshee.Dap.Ipod/UnsupportedDatabaseView.cs: Fixed view when
restoring the database
* src/Core/Banshee.Base/IO/Unix.cs: Fixed writing stream
