	Make OOo work better in (some) Indic languages. The fontconfig
	patches totally seem to break the glyph substitution functionality
	in the non-fontconfig case. Eek! So stop using the fontconfig
	patches on Windows. Hopefully as they get upstreamed they will be
	fixed to don't break the non-fontconfig case.

	Add more useful fonts to VCL.xcu.

	* bin/font-munge: Add those Indic fonts bundled with Windows XP
	that are used by languages mentioned in VCL.xcu. Add verbose
	comments. Having Arial Unicode MS mentioned all over the place in
	VCL.xcu is rather pointless as that font is bundled with MS
	Office, so how would typical OOo users have that font? (i#82288)

	* patches/src680/apply: Drop FontConfigTemporaryHacks from
	Win32Common.

	* patches/src680/2005-express-stl-remove.diff: Drop corresponding
	patch to outdev3.cxx.
