	* src/xml-sax-write.c (xml_write_breaks) : new.  Manual enum handling
	  for performance.
	(xml_write_print_info) : use it here.

	* src/xml-sax-read.c (xml_sax_attr_enum) : Use class_ref/class_unref
	  to force the enum to complete.
	(xml_sax_page_break) : new with manual enum handling for performance.
	(xml_sax_page_breaks_begin) : new.
	(xml_sax_page_breaks_end) : new.
