	* patches/src680/iz83430_dx5.diff: Patch from i#83430: Fix build
	of DirectX canvas.

	* patches/src680/apply: Add it to Fixes.

	* patches/emf+/emf+-canvas-directx.diff: New patch: Adapt also the
	DirectX canvas texture code to rodo's changes. This is just to
	make it compile. Nothing done for the getFastProperty etc stuff,
	so presumably the DirectX canvas won't actually work for EMF+
	thingies.

	* patches/src680/apply: Add it to EMFPlus, only for oog680-m8 and
	later. (The DirectX canvas was not in oog680-m5.)
