	notifications of changes and tell GnmApp watchers.

	* dialog-preferences.c (cb_workbook_removed): New handler to close
	dialog when the last workbook is closed.
	(dialog_preferences): Don't store wb.  It isn't needed and won't
	necessarily stay valid.
