    * src/Core/Banshee/PlayerInterface.cs: Support startup handling of burn-cd
    and blank-cd arguments

    * src/Core/Banshee/Main.cs: Proxy burn-cd and blank-cd arguments into
    DBus method calls for source selection; added also the no-present argument

    * src/Core/Banshee.Base/Banshee.Burner/BurnerCore.cs: Do not always
    automatically select the new burn source as the active source

    * src/Core/Banshee.Base/DBusPlayer.cs: Added SelectBlankCd method to
    complement the other Select methods; Added SelectDeviceSource to reduce
    common code and work of a hint for doing all the device selection
