        * messagestable/messages-table-panel.c:
          If the message is already showed then is not neccessary
          show it again.
        * prefs-manager.h: Added number_plurals funcs.   
        * tab.c: Added plural forms support and added comments.
        * msg.c: Fixed a bug in msg_check func that makes
        gtranslator crash if xerror2 is not setted.
