	* libgsm/phonemgr-utils.c: (get_rfcomm_channel),
	(phonemgr_utils_get_channel), (phonemgr_utils_driver_for_model):
	Remove the work-around for channel 1, it was due to a b0rked SDP
	query
	Don't try to use the "Bluetooth Serial Port" on Nokias
	it doesn't work
	Make the "model not supported natively" a message
	so it doesn't hamper debugging
